There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, launches, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect address details

Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes supported by our courier partners.

If your location becomes non-serviceable after order placement, our team will contact you for an alternative solution or refund.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct shipping address
  • Accurate PIN code
  • Active mobile number

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable at delivery
  • Repeated delivery failure

may require re-shipping confirmation before dispatch again.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

A re-shipping fee will apply for re-dispatching orders returned due to failed delivery attempts.

Order Tracking

You can track your shipment anytime from:

  • Your Orders Page, or
  • The tracking link shared after dispatch.

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours after shipment pickup.

Partial Shipments

In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • Missing item
  • Wrong item

Please raise a request through your Orders Page within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
