How do I place an order?
Simply select your product, choose size, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed immediately.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you charge for shipping?
Free shipping on all orders across India. No hidden delivery charges.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier operations or external factors.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
You’ll receive tracking details via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp after dispatch.
How many delivery attempts are made?
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:
- customer unavailability,
- incorrect address,
- or refusal to accept delivery,
the parcel may return to us and a re-shipping fee will apply for re-dispatch.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions.
How will I receive my refund?
All approved returns are issued as:
Store Credit (Gift Balance)
- Lifetime validity
- No expiry
- Usable on any future purchase
Cash, bank, UPI, or original payment refunds are not provided.
What items are not eligible for return?
Returns are not accepted for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional or clearance products
- Used or washed garments
- Items without tags or packaging
- Requests raised after 7 days
What condition should returned items be in?
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Products failing inspection may be returned back to the customer.
How long does the return process take?
Typical process:
- Submit request from Orders Page
- Approval within 1–2 business days
- Pickup/self-ship
- Quality inspection
- Exchange or store credit issued within 3–5 business days
Can I request multiple returns for one order?
Only one return or exchange request per order is allowed.
What if damaged, missing or wrong item was delivered?
If you receive:
- a damaged item,
- wrong product,
- or missing item,
please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery through your Orders Page.
Return shipping fees will not apply for verified issues.
Product & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order to avoid returns.
Our support team is happy to assist with sizing queries before purchase.
Will product colors look exactly the same?
Minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings and are considered normal.
How should I care for delicate garments?
For silk, georgette, chiffon, or embroidered pieces: Dry clean only to maintain fabric quality and embellishments.
How should cotton or linen garments be washed?
Hand wash separately in cold water using mild detergent to prevent color bleeding.
Can I machine dry my garments?
We recommend air drying and avoiding tumble drying to prevent shrinkage or damage.
