Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help under the conditions below.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.

How to Initiate a Return

Customers can initiate a return directly from their Orders Page.

Please note:

  • Select the correct return reason from the available list.
  • Some reasons may not be covered under our store policy and may be rejected.
  • After submitting the request, please wait for approval before shipping the product.

Approval time: 1–2 business days.

Defective / Damaged Product Policy

To maintain fair verification:

  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory.
  • The video must:
    • start before opening the package,
    • clearly show the product condition,
    • be unaltered, unedited, and continuous.

Claims without a valid opening video cannot be approved. No return shipping fee will be charged in this case.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • The same return rules apply.
  • No return shipping fee will be charged in this case.

Return Pickup & Shipping

Reverse Pickup

Once approved:

  • Return pickup will be initiated from your address.
  • A flat ₹100 return shipping fee applies per return (except wrong/defective item cases).

Unserviceable Pin Codes

If reverse pickup is unavailable:

  • Customers must self-ship the product using a traceable courier service.
  • Product must be securely packaged.
  • Share shipment tracking details after dispatch.

No return fee applies for self-shipped returns.

Refund Method — Store Credit Only

All approved returns are refunded as:

Store Credit (Gift Balance)

  • Lifetime validity
  • No expiry
  • Usable on any future purchase
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days after approval 

We do not offer cash, bank, UPI, or original payment refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional or clearance products
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products with perfume, makeup, stains, or odor
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

Product Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Products failing quality inspection may be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

Processing Timeline

  1. Return request submitted from Orders Page
  2. Approval within 1–2 business days
  3. Pickup/self-shipping completed
  4. Quality inspection after receipt
  5. Exchange or store credit issued within 3–5 business days

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Customers may use the return process after delivery if eligible.

Important Purchase Notes

  • Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
  • Minor color variation due to lighting or display settings is normal.
  • Only one return or exchange request per order is allowed.

Fair Usage Policy

To maintain fair pricing for all customers, repeated excessive returns or policy misuse may result in refusal of future orders.
